Erica Fernandes starts shooting for 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2' promo (PICS INSIDE)

New Delhi: Fans have been eagerly waiting for 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2' ever since TV Czarina Ekta Kapoor announced a reboot version of the popular show. When the news of Erica Fernandes reprising the role of Prerna (originally played by Shweta Tiwari) hit the internet, excitement for the show reached its maximum peak. We had earlier informed you that Erica, fondly known for her role as Sonakshi Bose from ‘Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi’, would shoot for a special video for KZK 2. The beautiful actress has been missing from the small screen since her show ended and it seems the wait for the fans has finally ended. Erica has started shooting for the special introduction video for 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2' and the photos of the same circulating on fans pages on Instagram are a solid proof of that.

Who can ever forget the dupatta in 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay' which played a vital role in Prerna and Anurag’s life? The initial montage of the show had Prerna, Anurag and a red dupatta flying high and here in the above pictures, Erica can be seen wearing a dupatta, refreshing the memories from the show.

As per the latest buzz, Angad Bedi and Mohit Raina are in contention to reprise the character of Anurag Basu (originally played by Cezzane Khan). It was initially reported that Erica’s co-star from ‘Kuch Rang’  Shaheer Sheikh will join her on the show but the speculations have been squashed.
