DIL HI TOH HAI: Chaitanya Choudhary REPLACES Akshay Dogra in show

New Delhi: Sony Entertainment Television’s show ‘Dil Hi Toh Hai’ is going to witness high voltage drama in the upcoming episodes. Show starring Karan Kundrra and Yogita Bihani is doing extremely well and has enthralled the audience with its twists and the love story of Ritwik and Palak. But in the coming episodes, audience will also witness major change in the cast. TV actor Akshay Dogra who plays the role of Rishabh Noon, Ritwik’s brother, is getting replaced. As per news in India Forums, “Rishabh will have a new face and will be replaced by actor Chaitanya Choudhary. Turns out Akshay Dogra has another project to work on. We hear he will be a part of a film and therefore cannot allocate time to shooting for Dil Hi Toh Hai.” And this is confirmed! Chaitanya has replaced Akshay on the show and will play the role of ‘Rishabh Noon’ in further episodes. Talking to TOI, Chaitanya said, “I began my career with Balaji Telefilms, so this is in a way homecoming after a long interval of time. I have begun shoot as well.” Actor further said, “I was waiting for a right project to come my way and that's why I was away from daily soaps for some time. Akshay Dogra is a good friend and he has given me a detailed brief about the character and style of Rishabh Noon. Everyone has welcomed me with open arms on the sets. This is definitely going to be a fantastic experience.” On a related note, Chaitanya has earlier worked in ‘Kahiin To Hoga’ and ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’.
