Bigg Boss 13's Shefali Jariwala's Father-In-Law Passes Away, Actress & Hubby Parag Tyagi Fly To Ghaziabad For Last Rites

TV actor Parag Tyagi's father passed away in Ghaziabad on May 25. The 'Pavitra Rishta' and 'Brahmarakhas' star flew to Ghaziabad to attend his father's last rites.

New Delhi: ‘Bigg Boss 13’ contestant Shefali Jariwala’s husband Parag Tyagi lost his father on Monday (May 25). Parag’s father, who was not keeping well since some time, left for his heavenly abode in Ghaziabad. As the domestic flights resumed operation earlier this week, the ‘Pavitra Rishta’ actor and Shefali immediately rushed to Ghaziabad to attend his father’s last rites. Parag’s father was not keeping well and he got an attack when he went for his dialysis. The actor, while talking to an entertainment portal, said that he is thankful as the flight services resumed from Monday or else he would need to travel via road to reach Ghaziabad. "Yes he was not well. And it happened on Monday. He went for his dialysis and suddenly he got an attack. Shefali and I reached yesterday. We took a flight from Mumbai and luckily the flight services had already started or else we would had to travel by road," Parag told India Forums.

Shefali Jariwala took to Instagram to share pictures from the Mumbai airport. She can be seen wearing face shield, masks as a precautionary measure against Coronavirus. The 'Kaata Laga' fame actress wrote, "One of the busiest airports in the world #mumbaiairport , never looked so deserted before...lifeless I can say... this has been such a saddening travel experience... no hugs, no kisses, no enthusiasm... only fear. On the professional front, Parag Tyagi is currently seen in 'Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki'. He is playing the role of DSP Sant Baksh Singh in the social drama. He has also worked in shows like 'Pavitra Rishta', 'Brahmarakhas', 'Kaala Teekha' and 'Aghori'. We extend our deepest condolences to Parag Tyagi and his family. Musician Pritam Chakraborty's father also passed away on Sunday after prolonged illness. His funeral took place at Amboli in the presence of only close family members due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
