New Delhi: Popular TV actress Srishty Rode grabbed several eyeballs during her sting in Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 12’. Although, she couldn’t lift the winner’s trophy of the reality show, she managed to win hearts of the viewers. The talented actress is quite active on social media and she often treats fans with pictures and videos. Srishty gave a glimpse of her father’s birthday celebrations in her recent post on Instagram. The ‘Ishqbaaaz’ actress took to her official Instagram handle to share a cute family picture from her dad’s birthday celebration at home. Srishty can be seen posing with her family members in the picture. Srishty and her sister Shweta Rode crooned the birthday song for their daddy dearest while he cut the cake. Srishty’s BFF and ‘Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’ actress Rubina Dilaik dropped a heart emoji in the comments section. Fans have also flooded the post with their warm messages. She has featured in several shows including ‘Punar Vivah’, ‘Yeh Ishq Haye’, ‘Choti Bahu’ and ‘Saraswatichandra’.

Talking about ‘Bigg Boss’, the new season of controversial reality show will go on air from October 3 on Colors channel. The show has been making waves ever since the first teaser was unveiled last month. Several popular TV celebs including Jasmin Bhasin, Aly Goni, Akanksha Puri, Pavitra Punia and Nishant Malkani have been reportedly approached for the show.

The makers of the show are looking to re-create the magic of ‘Bigg Boss 13’, which was won by Sidharth Shukla. The last season turned out to be major hit as it broke all the TRP records and enjoyed a significant fan following. The likes of Asim Riaz, Shehnaaz Gill, Rashami Desai and Himanshi Khurana also managed to hog the limelight last year during their stint in the show.
