Good news! Drashti Dhami's 'Madhubala' & Sanaya Irani's 'Rangrasiya' might return on small-screen soon.

After the super-success of Ekta Kapoor's 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay' reboot, featuring Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes in lead roles, various cult shows are set to make a comeback on small-screen. While Star Plus show 'Sanjivani 2', featuring Surbhi Chandna and Namit Khanna in lead roles, is set to hit the TV screens tomorrow (12th August), the latest buzz suggests that now Colors TV is set to try its hand at the latest trend and is planning to brink back their two iconic shows. As per the latest reports, the discussions about new seasons of 'Madhubala' & 'Rangrasiya' are indeed going on. PIC! ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon’ actress Sanaya Irani shares a picture with nephew & it’s too CUTE for words According to an entertainment portal, "Producer and Political Analyst Saurabh Tewari is indeed in deep discussions for the return of both of his iconic shows Madhubala and Rangrasiya." And guess what, both Drashti and Sanaya might play the leads in their iconic shows. Revealing the same, IWMBuzz report further states that, "Though the discussions are on an initial phase, talks are surely on with the lead actors Sanaya Irani and Drashti Dhami being well aware of such a possibility." However, producer Saurabh Tewari, Drashti & Sanaya are yet to react on the same. Speaking about Drashti & Sanaya, both of them are on a break from fiction shows and their fans are desperately waiting for their comeback.  This news will surely make the fans happy. Also, it'll be interesting to see if Vivian Dsena (Madhubala) & Ashish Sharma (Rangrasiya) will be a part of their shows' new seasons or not. On the career front, Drashti Dhami was last seen in 'Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka' last year opposite Shakti Arora in 2018. Whereas, Sanaya Irani's last fiction show was 'Rangrasiya' which ended in 2014. Post which, she participated in 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8', 'Nach Baliye 8' which she also made appearances in various shows like 'India's Next Superstars', 'Kitchen Champion 5' and was most recently seen in 'Khatra Khatra Khatra' and 'Nach Baliye 9' premiere episode.
