6 yr old chef Nihal Raj aka Kicha WINS HEARTS with his INNOCENCE & SKILLS on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'

Los Angeles: YouTube sensation and young chef Nihal Raj, also known as Kicha, showcased his cookery skills on the popular American chat show "The Ellen DeGeneres Show". Kicha, who hails from Kochi, found fame after starting KichaTube HD channel on the video-sharing site. Till now he has featured in 33 videos. Launched in January last year, the channel now has over 6000 subscribers. SHOCKING! Ellen DeGeneres’ wife Portia de Rossi leaves her for a man? While introducing him on the show, DeGeneres said: "Well, if you have ever wondered why Ellen hasn't had an adorable six-year-old chef from India, then today is your day. Please welcome Kicha." Raj seemed to be having a lot of "fun" during his maiden visit to the US as when the host asked him about his experience, he said: "It's been fun(jumping up & down with joy)." Kicha on 'The Ellen Degeneres Show' On the show, which was aired in the US on Friday, Kicha told DeGeneres how to make Puttu -- a traditional Kerala breakfast dish made with rice. During the cooking.. Ellen and Raj had some really funny moments when Ellen was getting impatient while the kid went on to describe everything slowly and steadily. Ellen also kept looking at her watch maintaining the calm supporting the little one as much as she could. Kicha on 'The Ellen Degeneres Show' At one point Kicha giggled when Ellen called his steaming vessel 'Putti Kutti' that was described exactly that by the boy himself. Ellen even apologized in jest at the end of the show saying on screen "My apologies to the local news, we have gone long ..." and saying this she also had to cut his ongoing cooking class short and skipped to the dish straight. The boy exclaimed very smartly pointing at the plate Ellen was holding "we have to do that later!?". Ellen handles well and says "No, we have to use it now coz we are out of time..."
