Ranveer Singh Wishes His 'Gudiya’ Deepika Padukone On Their Second Wedding Anniversary

New Delhi: One of Bollywood’s most popular and loved couples Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone celebrates their second wedding anniversary today. The love story which started with ‘Ramleela’ found its way into happily ever after with their marriage on November 14, 2018. Though the couple kept their lips sealed during their dating days, the announcement of their marriage broke the internet and fans could not help but gush over the happy couple. The ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ actor shared adorable pictures of the couple and wrote, “Souls eternally intertwined Happy second anniversary, मेरी गुड़िया @deepikapadukone”

Deepika Padukone also shared a post on her Instagram and wrote, "Two peas in a pod...Happy 2nd Anniversary @ranveersingh .You complete me..."

Ranveer first met Deepika Padukone at an award function in Macau and got to know each other better on the sets of ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela’. Deepika revealed in one of her interviews post-marriage that she secretly got engaged to Ranveer four years before their marriage in 2014 and only their family members knew about it. And finally, DeepVeer made their relationship official as they announced their marriage with a note which read, “With the blessings of our families, it gives us immense joy in sharing that our wedding is set to take place on the 14^th and 15^th of November, 2018. We thank you for all the love you have showered upon us over the years and seek your blessings as we embark on this incredible journey of love, loyalty, friendship and togetherness.”

After their wedding in Italy, the couple hosted a number of grand celebration parties in Mumbai and Bangalore. Also, on the occasion of their first wedding anniversary in 2019, the couple visited the Lord Venkateswara temple and the Golden Temple to seek blessings on their special day.

The couple will be next seen together on the big screen in the upcoming sports biopic ‘83’ where Ranveer will illustrate the role of Kapil Dev and Deepika will portray the role of his wife.
