Mirzapur 3: Shweta Tripathi Sharma Aka Golu Says Audience Can Expect The ‘Biggest Bhaukaal’ From The Upcoming Season

Shweta Tripathi Sharma was interviewed by ABPLive and questioned about the upcoming third season of 'Mirzapur'. Here's how she responded.

New Delhi: The release of the ‘Mirzapur season 3’ teaser has fans gushing about the upcoming series. From the teaser, it seems that there will be a deluge of action and drama as the tension rises and power conflicts grow fiercer. Ahead of the release, actress Shweta Tripathi Sharma, who portrays the determined and fierce Golu Gupta, has hinted that viewers may expect something big in the next season. 

In an earlier interview with ABPLive, Shweta Tripathi Sharma was asked about what people should expect from ‘Mirzapur season 3’. The actress responded, “The biggest ‘Bhaukaal’". 

According to Shweta, the audience matters a lot. She said, “Humne itni mehnat aur itne pyar se banaya hai for our audience. (We have made it with so much hard work and love for our audience.)”

She added, “Mirzapur ko no. 1 audience ne banaya hai, toh hume uss pyar ki bhot respect hai. Hume itna sab mila. Views mile hain, jo word of mouth hua tha and literally fatt gaya tha raaton raat toh isliye. (Mirzapur has been made number 1 by the audience, so we have great respect for that love. We got so much from them. we got views, the word of mouth literally made it a hit overnight, that's why.)”

Shweta Tripathi Sharma also said that returning to work on the second and third seasons gave her a strong sense of responsibility.

“When we went back on season 2 and now on season 3, there was a sense of responsibility. I wouldn't call it pressure. I would call it responsibility because when somebody loves you so much, then you just want to reciprocate that yeah, and you give them more,” the actress said.

She concluded, “Bhot maza aaya hai season 3 banane me (We had a lot of fun in making Season 3). I can't wait for people to watch it and I can't wait to watch it myself because I am a huge fan of ‘Mirzapur’. Not because I'm a part of the show but because I am a huge fan, so I can't wait to see and I can't wait to see what the audience feels and thinks.”

About ‘Mirzapur Season 3’
