Bigg Boss OTT 3: Ranvir Shorey Claims Sana Makbul Isn’t ‘Most Deserving’, Says ‘I Could Have Been The Winner’

Bigg Boss OTT 3: Actor Ranvir Shorey said the makers of Bigg Boss OTT 3 had a "soft spot" for Sana Makbul.

Bigg Boss OTT 3: Actor Ranvir Shorey lost the trophy to Sana Makbul in the grand finale, with rapper Naezy finishing as the first runner-up. In a recent interview with News18, Ranvir—who was among the top three finalists—said that the makers of Bigg Boss OTT 3 had a "soft spot" for Sana. The actor also said that his fellow contender contributed nothing "positive" to the show.

Ranvir Shorey says Sana Makbul is not the 'most deserving candidate'

“I don’t think she has done anything positive in the house. Other than going on and chanting, ‘I am selfish’, ‘I want to win’ or assuming that the show is about how much bad talk you can give and calling it determination, I don’t think she has added any positive influence on anything in the house or on the housemates. I don’t consider her the most deserving candidate. But yet, I think Bigg Boss had a soft spot for her somewhere. I feel she got the votes. That needs to be respected. Congratulations to her... Armaan could have been the winner. I could have been the winner," Ranvir Shorey said.

Ranvir added that Sana had said some nasty things to him and that he had responded right away when asked if he regretted what he had said.

Ranvir Shorey called out makers of Bigg Boss OTT 3

After the announcement of the winner, Ranvir Shorey said that if contestants are retained based on their social media following, the makers of 'Bigg Bosss OTT' should simply give the trophy to housemates with the most followers.

"Agar sirf social media following ke basis pe show pe rahenge, toh usse achha yeh hai ke jiski sabse zyada social media following hai usko seedha trophy de do ( If the only criterion for staying on the show is social media following, then it's better to directly give the trophy to the one with the highest social media following)," Shorey told News 18.
