Trailer Of YA Thriller Knock Knock…Kaun Hai? Out. Know Cast, Release & Other Deets

Amazon MX Player has released the trailer for its upcoming free-to-stream YA series Knock Knock…Kaun Hai?, starring Aadhya Anand, Kush Jotwani, and Arjun Deswal.

Amazon MX Player, Amazon’s free video streaming platform, has released the official trailer for its upcoming original series Knock Knock…Kaun Hai?. The Young Adult thriller will premiere on May 22 and will be available to stream at no cost on Amazon MX Player and across Amazon’s digital ecosystem.

About the show

The series features Aadhya Anand, Kush Jotwani, and Arjun Deswal in lead roles. The storyline follows two close friends, Tanya and Rohan, whose relationship becomes strained after a betrayal. The plot takes a turn when Tanya discovers a mobile app that claims to fulfill any wish. What begins as an impulsive decision gradually leads to a series of events that complicate her life further.

In a statement, actor Aadhya Anand said her character Tanya was relatable and layered, highlighting how the show deals with emotional decisions and their aftermath. Producer Sudhir Sharma, from Sunshine Productions, said the series aims to reflect the challenges faced by a digitally connected generation and how quick decisions can have lasting consequences.

The series is directed by a new team of young filmmakers under the Sunshine Productions banner, known for youth-focused shows in the past. Aadhya Anand, who rose to prominence with web series like Crushed, leads the cast alongside Kush Jotwani, previously seen in College Romance, and Arjun Deswal, a fresh face from the digital theatre circuit. The production is set in an urban college environment and blends live-action storytelling with digital media elements that reflect current youth culture.

Release details

'Knock Knock…Kaun Hai?' will be accessible for free on Amazon MX Player through the standalone app, Amazon's shopping app, Prime Video, Fire TV, and connected smart TVs.

The show adds to Amazon MX Player’s slate of original content targeting younger audiences and focuses on themes such as trust, emotional conflict, and the influence of technology on personal choices.
