While the film's PR campaign ensured that Veer’s dance was seen by nearly everyone online, it was his infamous "langdi" hook-step to the song Rang that turned into viral fodder. However, Veer Pahariya handled the trolling with grace and humor, even turning it into an asset. A prime example of this was when he incorporated the 'langdi' step into a Holi advertisement, making the commercial go viral and proving that sometimes, even negative attention can be leveraged for positive publicity.
