Shilpa Shetty launched her wellness website in the presence of Bollywood's new sensation and fitness icon Tiger Shroff and her family including her son Viaan, husband Raj Kundra, mother Sunanda Shetty and sister Shamita Shetty were also there to support her. The 41-year-old actor and mother of a four year old aims to push a healthy lifestyle in the form of healthy yet tasty recipes from her kitchen and a selection of customised exercises and routines through her website. At the launch of theshilpashetty.com, 4 year old Viaan Raj Kundra stole the limelight from everyone on stage flexing his muscles and striking his favorite pose from 'A flying Jatt' along with film's lead hero Tiger and his mom Shilpa. Talking about Shilpa's decision to invite Tiger Shroff to launch the event, she said, "I have seen Tiger work out on the beach in front of my house twice a day from a very young age and I felt he is the best example of embracing a disciplined and healthy lifestyle from an young age." The digital series will have quick hacks to daily wellness solutions and is divided into 3 themes- The Art Of Loving Food, which will include videos on food and nutrition, The Art Of Strengthening, which includes videos on workout and fitness and The Art Of Balance yoga series, that will feature videos on the body, mind and soul.
