New Delhi: The trailer of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s 'Tiger 3' was released on Monday. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the film is set to release on November 12 worldwide in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

The trailer shows Salman Khan in a situation where he has to choose between his country and his family. The trailer starts with Emraan Hashmir's voiceover and Tiger and Zoya (Salman and Katrina) are seen spending family time. The voiceover and the trailer then shows that Salman Khan is stuck in a situation where he has to choose between his family and his country. Both the actors are seen doing high-octane action in the trailer. Revathy is also seen at one point. Kumud Mishra from Tiger 2 is also seen. The trailer ends with showing Emraan Hashmi at the end.

Produced by Yash Chopra Films, the action thriller is the fifth film in the YRF Spy Universe, following ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘War’, and ‘Pathaan’. Shah Rukh Khan too will be making a guest appearance as Pathaan in ‘Tiger 3’.

Talking about the role, Katrina had earlier said that ‘Tiger 3’ has been her “most challenging film physically”. Katrina said in a statement “It has been an incredible journey playing Zoya in the YRF Spy Universe, and I have put myself to the test in every film. Tiger 3 is no exception. We wanted to take the action sequences to the next level this time, and I have pushed my body to breaking point for the film, and people will see that. Physically, this has been my most challenging film yet.”

She added, “Zoya is the first female spy of the YRF Spy Universe and I’m very proud to have a character like her. She is fierce, she is courageous, she is all heart, she is loyal, she is protective, she is nurturing and above all she stands up for humanity, every single time.”

It was the success of 'Ek Tha Tiger' & 'Tiger Zinda Hai' that cemented Aditya Chopra's belief that he could incorporate two more larger-than-life agents Kabir aka Hrithik Roshan in 'War' and 'Pathaan' aka Shah Rukh Khan into his ambitious plans.

He then pulled a casting coup by signing Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan together for his ambitious project 'Tiger Vs Pathaan'. Shooting of Aditya Chopra’s one of the biggest projects will commence in March next year.
