Leaving his family, friends and thousands of fans mourning, Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput left for his heavenly abode on June 14. As the case has now been transferred to the CBI for investigation, his family has been receiving the support of fans and well-wishers from around the globe. The family has been showing full faith in the CBI and recently, the ‘Dil Bechara’ actor’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti disclosed as to why the family wanted a CBI inquiry in the death case of SSR. Shweta Singh Kirti recently took to her Twitter and said that they are exploring and getting to know the facts as the investigation is unfolding and progressing. She also said that this is the reason they wanted the CBI to take over so that the truth is revealed to everyone. Shweta further thanked and appreciated each and every warrior of SSR. Recently, she also said that the virtual prayer meet held for him was attended by people from more than 101 countries. Her caption read, “So so very touched by this event. Feeling so elevated and positivity is surrounding all of us. Thanks to everyone who helped organize it and to the extended family who joined and made this a divine experience. Meanwhile, CBI has started its investigation in connection with the case. After taking the case diary, phone and laptop from Mumbai Police, the officials recently interrogated actor’s flatmate & friend Siddharth Pithani, cook Neeraj. The Central Bureau of Investigation is likely to interrogate girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty soon.
