Sushant Singh Rajput’s Father In His FIR: ‘Rhea Chakraborty Threatened Him To Share His Medical Reports With Media’

KK Singh accused Rhea Chakraborty of blackmailing Sushant Singh Rajput and threatening to show his doctors' receipts to the media.

New Delhi: Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh has lodged an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, her family members and SSR’s former manager Shruti Modi at Rajiv Nagar police station, Patna. The ‘Jalebi’ actress and five other people have been booked under sections 341, 342, 380, 406, 420, 306, 506, 120 (B) of the IPC. Sushant’s father accused Rhea, her family members of abetting the ‘Raabta’ actor to commit suicide. He also accused Rhea of withdrawing money from Sushant’s account on the pretext of love. In his five-page complaint, KK Singh alleged that Sushant wanted to leave film industry and do organic farming in Kerala with his friend Mahesh Shetty but Rhea stopped him. He said, “My son wanted to leave Bollywood and do organic farming in Kerala with his friend Mahesh. Rhea Chakraborty raised objection and threatened him, saying that if he didn't listen to her, she would give my son’s medical reports to the media. She also said that she would tell everyone that Sushant is not mentally stable. When Rhea realized that Sushant was not listening to her and his bank balance was also going down, she thought that he was of no use to her. Rhea, who was living with Sushant, left on June 8 with cash, jewelry, laptops, credit card, its pin numbers, important documents and doctors’ receipts. She blocked his number after moving out from his place.” Singh further said in his FIR, “Sushant called his sister and told her that Rhea threatened him to show the doctors’ receipts to the media. He told his sister that Rhea said that no one would give him work after she shows the receipts to the media. On June 8, Sushant’s secretary Disha committed suicide. It was Rhea, who appointed her as Sushant’s secretary. My son was perplexed after he came to know about Disha’s suicide. He tried to call Rhea’s number but she had blocked him. Sushant was worried that Rhea would hold him responsible for Disha’s death.”
