Sushant Singh Rajput's Family Lawyer’s SHOCKING Claims: Mumbai Police Wasn't Lodging Father's FIR & Was 'Forcing Family To Give Names Of Big Production Houses'

Late Sushant Singh Rajput’s family was sitting quiet since a long time while the whole world has been fighting for the late actor’s justice. Much to everyone’s shock, the ‘Dil Bechara’ actor’s father K.K Singh filed a six-page long FIR against his son’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty yesterday. He filed the FIR under section 341, 342, 380, 406, 420, 306, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

He lodged the FIR in Patna’s Rajiv Nagar Police Station as their family lawyer accused Mumbai Police of not filing K.K Singh’s FIR.

During a conversation with ANI, the lawyer Vikas Singh also claimed that the Mumbai Police was ‘forcing family to give names of Big Production houses’. Additionally, he also made some shocking allegations.

The family’s lawyer also revealed that Sushant’s family had informed Bandra police on February 25, four months before he killed himself, that Sushant was not in a good company and had asked them to ensure that nothing untoward happens to him.

He further thanked the Chief Minister of Bihar and revealed that Sushant’s family has not demanded for a CBI investigation yet.

“FIR registered now as family was in shock & Mumbai Police wasn't registering FIR, but forcing them to give names of big production houses & get them involved. It was heading in a different direction,” revealed Vikas Singh, Ex-Addl Solicitor General & lawyer of #SushantSinghRajput's father.

He added, “Patna Police was a little hesitant but CM Nitish Kumar & Minister Sanjay Jha explained the matter to them and FIR was registered. We want that the matter be investigated by Patna Police. The family has not demanded for CBI investigation yet: Lawyer of #SushantSinghRajput's father.”

 Also, the SP of Patna, Vinay Tiwari disclosed the names mentioned by the late actor’s father and assured that they have all been booked. “FIR has been registered. Preliminary investigation has begun. It is not correct to say at this point of time that who will be questioned. All those who were named by #SushantSinghRajput's father in the FIR, have been booked,”.
