The fact that Deepika Padukone suffered from ‘depression’ is known to one and all. The actress shared her battle with the disease and how she came out victorious, in many of her interactions with media. The ‘Piku’ actress revealed that she was in depression during the peak of her career and found it hard to even interact with people.


Meanwhile, the unfortunate death of Sushant Singh Rajput who supposedly succumbed to the disease by taking his own life on June 14th 2020, brought about a stir in the film industry. The actor was found hanging in his Bandra apartment and many celebrities are coming forward seeking justice for the deceased soul. Kangana Ranaut has been calling out names of Bollywood biggies for not giving the equal opportunities to ‘outsiders’ and banning Sushant from their production houses. It is now Deepika Padukone who has been targeted by team Kangana for allegedly running a business in the name of ‘depression’.

The ‘Mainkarnika’ actress’ team took to Twitter and shared a video of advocate Ishkaran Singh Bhandari and others in a live debate with a leading news channel. The advocate and others can be seen sharing their opinion and giving their input in the death case of the actor. Retweeting this video, the ‘Queen’ star’s team expressed how the late actor’s family do not trust Mumbai Police. It also targeted the ‘Padmaavat’ actress and called her out for allegedly running a business on ‘depresion’.

Concurrently, in another development, Sushant Singh Rajput’s father lodged an FIR against the ‘Dil Bechara’ actor’s girlfriend, her family and his son’s ex-business manager. In total, 16 allegations have been filed against Rhea Chakraborty.
