The on-going Sushant Singh Rajput case took a new turn on Tuesday after the late actor’s father K.K. Singh filed an FIR in the Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna accusing six people, including actress Rhea Chakraborty for abetment to suicide.


And now, a day after Rajput's father lodged an FIR, actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui's brother Shamas Nawab Siddiqui has reacted to the entire Sushant Singh Rajput case.

Posting a cryptic tweet on his official social media account, Nawazuddin’s brother has taken an indirect dig without taking anybody's name. He claimed that there are people like Rhea who blackmail other people for money and destroy their reputation.

Shamas wrote in hindi: यहाँ पर बहुत सारे #rehachakraborty जैसे लोग हैं जो ब्लैक्मेल कर लोगों की मेहनत और इज़्ज़त पर पानी फेर देना चाहते हैं पैसा और सब कुछ हड़प कर लेना चाहते हैं।

Is Shamas hinting at his brother Nawazuddin's estranged wife Aaliya?

As earlier Aaliya had alleged that it was Shamas who gave her phone bills of the actor, revealing that Nawazuddin was talking to his girlfriends while she was pregnant.

Speaking about the same, Shamas earlier told TOI, “It is all baseless and untrue. Nawazbhai was shooting for ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ then and I was not even there with him. It is all false, lies. How will I give my brother’s bills to her? It is his personal number and I was not even living with him then.”

Shamas has also filed four cases - cases of Extortion, Blackmail, Defamation & Fraud against Aaliya.
