Sushant Singh Rajput Suicide: Police Finds Anti-Depressants In, No Suicide Note Found In Initial Investigation
Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his home and a domestic help alerted the police. A team of Bandra Police rushed to investigate and it is being reported that he was suspected to be under depression.
Mumbai: In a major jolt to Bollywood, well known actor Sushant Singh was found dead at his Bandra residence in Mumbai on Sunday morning. He was 34. He was found hanging at his home by his domestic help who alerted the police. A team of Bandra Police had rushed to investigate and find out the reason of his apparent suicide. It is suspected that he was under depression with police finding anti-depressant pills in his house in initial investigation.
Police have also reportedly found medical papers of him suffering from hyper tension and depression.
According to ABP News correspondent Ganesh Thakur, Rajput's friends were also present at his home, when he committed suicide. They broke open his room when he didn't respond and as of now no suicide note has been found.
Sushant Singh Rajput was known for his portrayals in TV serials like "Pavitra Rishta", films "Kai Po Chhe", "Shuddh Desi Romance", the biopic "M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story", "Kedarnath" and "Chhichore", among several others. Bollywood and social media reacted with shock and disbelief on hearing the news of Rajput's death.
