'You Are A Rockstar Already': Sushant Singh Rajput's Niece Mallika Singh Shares His Last Year's Birthday Wish For Her

Sushant Singh Rajput's niece Mallika Singh, who turned a year older on September 26, went down the memory lane and shared the message she received from the late actor on her last birthday.

New Delhi: The untimely demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has left his family, friends and fans emotional. The talented actor, who made a successful transition from TV to cinema, left for his heavenly abode at the age of 34. His ardent fans keep on sharing throwback pictures and videos of the late actor on social media. Sushant’s niece Mallika Singh, who turned a year older on Saturday (September 26), shared a post on her Instagram story to thank her followers for the warm birthday wishes. She also revealed the sweet message which her dearest Mamu shared for her last year. “Happy birthday my baby, I'm so sorry, stuck in a place with no reception, trying to call you. You are a Rockstar already and it will get bigger from here,” Sushant’s message read. Mallika fondly used to call the ‘Dil Bechara’ actor as Gulshan Mama. Check out her post! Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra apartment on June 14. His father lodged a complaint against Rhea Chakraborty, her family members and others under various sections of the IPC including abetment to suicide. Three Central agencies including the CBI, the NCB and the ED are investigating Sushant’s death case. The Narcotics Control Bureau, which is investigating the drug angle in Sushant’s case, has arrested Rhea, her brother Showik Chakraborty, Sushant's house help Dipesh Sawant, his house manager Samuel Miranda and 16 drug peddlers so far. Earlier in the day, the NCB officials grilled Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor in connection with the probe into the alleged Bollywood drugs nexus, which stemmed from Sushant’s death case. All the three leading ladies actress have denied consuming any narcotics substance during the NCB interrogation. Shraddha and Sara, who have worked with SSR in ‘Chhichhore’ and ‘Kedarnath’ respectively, claimed that they saw the late actor taking drugs during shoot breaks in his vanity van. Amid the hullabaloo surrounding the drugs angle, Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh held a press conference on Friday and said that media attention is being diverted from SSR’s death case.
