New Delhi: Rhea Chakraborty filed a petition in Supreme Court recently and requested for the transfer of the FIR that is being filed by Sushant Singh Rajput’s father at Patna Police Station. The first hearing was held by the Apex Court earlier today and it has refused to give interim protection to the ‘Jalebi’ actress. Also, the Centre has accepted the request of Bihar Government for a CBI investigation in the case and reportedly said that the involvement of Rhea should be investigated.

Based on reports of Republic, Senior Advocate Mukul Rohatgi appearing for Bihar Government revealed that the Counsel for Maharashtra was arguing during the proceedings as if he was representing Rhea. The Maharashtra Counsel also argued that all the allegations were ‘politically motivated’ and that the Mumbai Police was professionally carrying out the investigation.

According to the same report, Vikas Singh, Sushant’s family lawyer also pointed fingers at Mumbai Police. He questioned as to why the person who lowered the actor’s body was not interrogated by the Mumbai Police when almost the whole Bollywood was being summoned by them. He also added that they allowed the person to travel to Hyderabad.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has given three days to Mumbai Police to put on record the details of their investigation on Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The SC judge has also assured that the late actor’s family’s concern about evidence tempering will also be taken care of. Reportedly, the judge Justice Roy also questioned the quarantining of the IPS officer from Patna who came to Mumbai a few days back for SSR’s death case investigation.
