Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Patna SP Vinay Arrive In Mumbai To Lead Bihar Police Team
The Patna SP revealed in a statement to ANI that their next step is supervision and they are trying their best to get hold of the documents.
The alleged suicide case of Sushant Singh Rajput has taken a reverse gear since his father filed an FIR in Patna Police Station. The FIR was filed against Rhea Chakraborty and five other accusing them of abetting the actor’s suicide under sections 406, 420, 341, 323, 342 of the IPC. A team of Bihar Police soon reached Mumbai post that and started with their investigation. Till now, they have summoned Sushant’s acquaintances in Mumbai including Ankita Lokhande, Mahesh Shetty and others. They also went to Rhea’s residence for interrogation but she was reportedly found missing.

Though the team of Bihar Police is investigating the case, there has been very less support from the team of Mumbai Police. Recently, when Bihar Police asked for the death case file of SSR’s ex-manager Disha Salian, the Mumbai police told that they deleted it by mistake.
Now, to lead the investigation, Patna SP Vinay Tiwari has arrived in Mumbai. He told ANI that Bihar Police is investigating the case in the right direction and that senior officials are satisfied with the investigation. He also added that they are investigating the death case from every possible angle.

Patna SP Vinay Tiwari was quoted saying by ANI, “Our team is conducting a probe here for the past one week. The next step is supervision, for which a senior officer is needed. So I have been sent here. We are here to get all the important evidence and facts. We are taking statements of the concerned people. We are investigating every angle in the case."
On enquiring about the co-operation of Mumbai Police to the Bihar Police, he responded that he cannot say that coordination is not happening. Additionally, he said that he would meet his officers and discuss what should be done in the investigation further. He added, “We have not received access to documents. We are trying our best.”
Also, it has been reported by the team of Bihar Police a few hours ago that none of the SIM cards used by the late actor was registered under his name. One of the SIM cards was registered under Siddharth Pithani’s name.
