Sushant Singh Rajput Had No Life Insurance Policy, Says Actor's Family Lawyer Vikas Singh

Sushant Singh Rajput's family lawyer has refuted Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer claims and said that the late actor had no life insurance policy.

New Delhi: Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s family laywer Vikas Singh held a press conference on Wednesday (September 2) to put an end to all the false rumours circulating in the media. Singh said that Sushant’s three sisters are pained by the negative campaign against the family. Vikas Singh has refuted all the allegations and said that Sushant did not have any insurance policy. "There are suggesions being given in the media that Sushant had a life insurance policy and the family will not get the money if it was declared that he died by suicide. And it is for this motive, it is being alleged that the suicide theory was later changed to abetment of suicide. I must inform all of you that Sushant had no life insurance policy," he said. Singh further said that no film/serial/book on Sushant's life should be made or written without the approval of the 'Raabta' actor's father. The senior advocate, while addressing the media, requested everyone to not 'increase the suffering of a bereaved family'. The complaint was filed at Patna's Rajiv Nagar Police station. Rhea Chakraborty filed a petition in the Supreme Court, seeking the transfer of the FIR registered against her in Patna to Mumbai. Last month, the apex court dismissed Chakraborty's plea and ordered a CBI probe into the matter. The CBI started its probe in Sushant's death case after the SC gave its nod to the federal agency. The CBI officials have interrogated Rhea Chakraborty four times in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Stay tuned for more updates!
