New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who will be seen in a different avatar in 'Pathan', has resumed shooting for his much-awaited project. Movie buffs have been eagerly for SRK's comeback ever since it was revealed that he would play the lead role in the action drama. While the makers have remained tight-lipped about the film, gossip mills suggest that King Khan will share screen space with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the upcoming flick. 

Shah Rukh returned to the sets of ‘Pathan on Wednesday (December 22), sporting long locks. He was snapped by the paparazzi as he resumed shoot for the film in Mumbai. The ‘King of Romance’, who was seen in a black t-shirt, opted to tie his hair in a messy bun.

SRK’s fans trended ‘Pathan’ on Twitter after his recent pictures surfaced on the internet.  They expressed their excitement by sharing his photos on the social media platform. Check out the tweets!

Shah Rukh took a break from his busy schedule after his son Aryan Khan was arrested in connection with an alleged drugs on cruise ship case. His ardent fans are elated to see him back on the sets of 'Pathan' as the actor has been missing from the silver screens since a long time. 

SRK’s last film ‘Zero’ released in December 2018. The musical drama co-starring Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma couldn’t set the box office on fire despite starting on a positive note. The ‘Chennai Express’ actor took a sabbatical from work post the release of the Aanand L Rai directorial. 

Siddharth Anand, who helmed Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor starrer 'Pathan', is directing 'Pathan'. YRF Films is yet to make any official announcement about the much-awaited flick.
