For the uninitiated, the Bandra Magistrate court had directed the police to investigate the complaint filed by Munnawar Ali Sayyed against Kangana and Rangoli. The casting director and fitness trainer accused the sisters of 'promoting enmity between communities' through their posts on social media. An FIR was registered against the siblings under various sections of the IPC including 153A (promoting enmity between different groups), 295A (deliberate and malicious act to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting their religion) and 124A (sedition), as per a report in PTI. The Mumbai Police officials had summoned Kangana and Rangoli three times in connection with the case. The 'Fashion' actress had filed a petition in the Bombay High Court to quash the FIR registered against her and Chandel. Earlier in the day, the 'Queen' star shared a video to highlight how she has been targeted for speaking on several issues. She said that cases have been filed against her for 'standing up for the nation'. "Why am I being mentally, emotionally and now physically tortured? I need answers from this nation....
