‘Scam 1992’ Star Pratik Gandhi To Star In A Feature Film ‘Ravan Leela’

New Delhi: Pratik Gandhi who gained prominence by portraying the character of the Indian stockbroker Harshad Mehta in the popular web series ‘Scam 1992’, will be next seen starring in a feature film. Directed by Hardik Gajjar and written by Shreyes Anil Lowlekar, the title of the film stands ‘Ravan Leela’. This Hindi feature film is touted to be a ‘strong content-driven entertainer’. ‘Scam 1992’ Review: The Hansal Mehta Directorial Retells A Complex Saga ‘Ravan Leela’ is a Pen Studios Production which is known for producing films like ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’, ‘Kahaani’, ‘Namaste England’ among others. Jayantilal Gada of Pen Studios revealed, “It’s a strong content-driven film with melodious music and very good performances, which has always been the focus of Pen Studios.” The director of the film Hardik Gajjar said in a statement, “I believe there are many ways of storytelling. I have tried something new and I hope audiences like it.” Pratik Gandhi also took to his Instagram and shared, “This Diwali brings a special bonus for me. Pratik Gandhi is currently riding high on success with his recent release ‘Scam 1992’. The actor received lots of praise for his on-screen portrayal of Harshad Mehta from both the audience and critic in the Hansal Mehta directorial. A few days back, after the completion of 1 month of release of ‘Scam 1992’, Pratik took to his Instagram and thanked everyone for all the love. He wrote, “It's been exactly a month since #scam1992 released and all the calls, messages and love is still pouring in. Thank you! We couldn't have asked for more...”

Meanwhile, ‘Ravan Leela’ will be Pratik’s first Hindi feature film. The actor primarily works in Gujarati theatre and cinema and is known for his works in ‘Bey Yaar’, ‘Wrong Side Raju’ and others.
