Mumbai: Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan, who made her Bollywood debut with ‘Kedarnath’ opposite Sushant Singh Rajput, received her first dose of COVID-19 vaccine on Thursday (July 15). She took to social media to share a picture from the hospital after getting vaccinated. The star kid posted the photo to encourage her fans to take the jab of COVID-19 vaccine to keep the deadly virus at bay. 

Sara shared a picture on her Instagram story wherein she can be seen smiling while posing for the camera. She sported a face mask as a precautionary measure against Coronavirus. The caption for her post read, “This girl is vaccinated.”

On the professional front, the 'Simmba' actress was last seen in 'Coolie No.1' opposite Varun Dhawan. The comedy flick, which premiered directly on Amazon Prime Video on December 25, 2020, received a mixed response from the audience. 

Sara will entertain the audience with Aanand L Rai's 'Atrangi Re', which also stars Akshay Kumar and Dhanush. The film was originally slated to hit the silver screens on August 6; however, it is expected to get delayed due to the COVID-19 crisis in India.

Yesterday, Parineeti Chopra shared a series of photos after receiving her Pfizer shot in London. She was seen nursing her arm with a hot water bag to ease off the pain.
