Last week when Sanjay Dutt complained of chest discomfort and breathlessness, he was immediately admitted to the hospital. He was discharged from the hospital a few days later. Unfortunately, after the actor was discharged from the hospital, the news of him getting diagnosed with lung cancer broke out. Fans from around the world have been praying for the well-being of the actor since then. Wife Maanayata and his two children also flew back to Mumbai in a special plane from Dubai immediately to stand by Dutt in this tough time. Dutt will reportedly travel to the US or Singapore for his further treatment. The ‘Khal Nayak’ actor’s best friend Paresh Ghelani lately took to his Instagram and shared a heartfelt post for his dear friend in this tough time. Ghelani shared a post which read, ‘Brother: Thought we had covered the whole amusement park; thought it was closed now, but I guess we are not done yet. Let’s buckle up for an another roller coaster ride!! Yet another battle has begun; battle we must and the battle you will conquer…We know the braveheart you are; you will win this. Sher Hai Tu Sher!! Love you’ Along with this post, Paresh Ghelani wrote a caption, “Brother @duttsanjay. Hard to imagine just few days ago we were talking about how we shall enjoy the next phase of our lives and we were talking about how we have been blessed to be able to ride, walk, jog, crawl, and enjoy the journey thus far; we are where we are. I still believe we are blessed and I know journey forward is going to be as beautiful and as colorful as it has been. God has been kind. nakupenda kaka!!”

On the occasion of Sanjay Dutt’s birthday, his best friend shared some pictures of them chilling and addressed the ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’ actor as his ‘Leo Brother’.
