Sanjay Dutt Announces His Recovery From Cancer On Kids Iqra & Shahraan's Birthday, Maanayata Shares Glimpse From Celebrations

Sanjay Dutt's wife Maanayata posted a photo from the birthday celebrations of their kids on social media.

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt shared a long post on Instagram and Twitter to inform his fans that he has recovered from cancer. The 'Munnabhai MBBS' star, who took a small break from his work after getting diagnosed with cancer, shared the good news on the occasion of his children Iqra and Shahraan's birthday. The 61-year-old called it the 'best gift' he can provide to his kids on their special day. The twins can be seen posing with their mommy in the adorable photo. "Happy birthday my babies. celebrating the first double digit birthday already....time just flies!!! I wish you courage, strength... health, happiness, patience and peace. And the serenity to make right decisions. Seeing you grow into beautiful wise children has made my life easy and blissful...God bless you both!," the caption for the post read.

Sanjay Dutt Issues Statement About Health Update

"The last few weeks were very difficult time for my family and me. But like they say, God gives the hardest battles to his strongest soldiers. And today, on the occasion of my kid's birthday, I am happy to come out victorious from this battle and be able to give them the best gift I can- the health and well-being of our family," Dutt said while announcing the good news.

Sanjay Dutt's Upcoming Projects

On the professional front, Sanjay will soon resume the shoot of 'KGF: Chapter 2'. He has an exciting line-up of projects including 'Bhuj: The Pride of India', 'Shamshera', 'Prithviraj' and 'Torbaaz'.
