Salman Khan And Katrina Kaif To Come Together To Sizzle On-Screen For YRF’s ‘Tiger 3’

Maneesh Sharma will be directing the movie as Aditya Chopra wanted a new director for the ‘Tiger’ franchise.

New Delhi: The jodi of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif is one of Bollywood’s most loved on-screen couple. The duo has done multiple movies together and has always set the screen on fire with their blazing chemistry. They have shared screen space in movies like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘Yuvvraaj’, ‘Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya’ and others. Salman-Katrina were last seen together in the movie ‘Bharat’, which released in 2019. Reportedly, the pair will brace the screens once again with ‘Tiger 3’, which will be the third part of the Tiger franchise. According to a report in an entertainment portal, the ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ actor has given his nod to the film and it will be a big-screen action spectacle. The project will be very opulent and will go on floors early next year. “Yes, Salman has given his nod to Tiger 3! He will reunite with Katrina in the film and it will be one hell of a big screen action spectacle! The project is set to go on the floors early next year and it will be as lavish as it can get! Salman and Katrina is one of the all time, most successful on-screen jodis having delivered huge blockbusters together and they are coming back to sizzle the big screen in Tiger 3!” a trade source told Pinkvilla. Another anonymous source revealed that Maneesh Sharma was the first and only choice for ‘Tiger 3’ as Aditya Chopra wanted someone new to direct this project. “Maneesh Sharma will be directing Tiger 3. Aditya Chopra trusts him to take the Tiger franchise forward and Salman too has given his nod for Maneesh. Maneesh has huge equity for his creative vision and both Salman and Adi wanted him to helm the project! He was the first and the only choice to direct Tiger 3 as Adi wants to have a new director to lead every new film of this massive franchise," the source told the portal. Though Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif dated for a couple of years, the couple separated their paths a few years back. There are rumours of Salman dating Iulia Vantur. The 'Bigg Boss' host is currently spending his quarantine with her in his Panvel farmhouse. The ‘Radhe’ actor keeps on sharing glimpses of their quarantine life through social media Recently, he posted a video where he was seen planting rice in the paddy field.
