‘Special OPS’ Actor Bikramjeet Kanwarpal Dies Of COVID-19
Best known for his supporting roles, Bikramjeet Kanwarpal was a retired army officer and an actor. He died due to COVID-19. Read on to know full details.
Mumbai: Actor Bikramjeet Kanwarpal, who entered the world of acting after retiring as a Major from the Indian Army, died at Seven Hills Hospital in Mumbai this morning. He was infected with COVID-19 and was admitted to the hospital last week. Bikramjeet was 52 years old.
After retiring from the Indian Army, Bikramjeet Kanwarpal made his Hindi film debut in the year 2003. He made a distinct identity as a supporting actor for himself in the film industry.

Bikramjeet had acted in movies like ‘Page 3’, ‘Paap’, ‘Rocket Singh: Salesman Of The Year’, ‘Murder 2’, ‘The Ghazi Attack’, ‘2 States’, ‘Heroine’, ‘Corporate’, ‘Heyy Babyy’, ‘Aarakshan’ and many more. Bikramjeet had portrayed the role of a military officer in movies like ‘Shaurya’ and ‘1971’.
Born in the year 1968 in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, Bikramjeet Kanwarpal was the son of Indian military officer Dwarka Nath Kanwarpal who was awarded the Kirti Chakra in 1963. The actor was commissioned into the Indian Army in the year 1989 and retired as a Major from the Indian Army in the year 2002. Being an actor was his childhood dream and he fulfilled his dream after retiring from the army.
Bikramjeet also played important roles in Television serials like ‘24’, ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’, ‘Special OPS’, ‘Kismat’ and many more.
The actor was last seen starring in the popular web series 'Special OPS' which released last year on March 17.
