Remo D'Souza Discharged From Hospital, Thanks Fans For 'Love, Prayers & Blessings'

Remo D'Souza shared a video on his Instagram handle to thank his fans for their wishes after getting discharged from the hospital.

New Delhi: Bollywood choreographer-director Remo D'Souza, who was rushed to Kokilaben hospital after suffering a heart attack, has been discharged on Friday (December 18). The 'Race 3' director reached his home in Mumbai on Friday afternoon. He took to social media to thanks his well-wishers, friends and family members for their love and support. He posted a video on his Instagram handle along with the caption, "Thank you all for the love , prayers and blessings I am back... thank you @gabrieldsouzaaa @__adonis____ and @edie_rockwood for the beautiful welcome back ... and thanks to all my friends."

She was constantly by his side while he was hospitalized. She had earlier shared a video of her husband wherein he was seen tapping to the beats of 'Believer' in the hospital. She also thanked the fans for their prayers and blessings while posting the clip on social media. The caption for the post read, "DANCING WITH THE FEET IS ONE THING DANCING WITH THE HEART IS ANOTHER ...... @remodsouza THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR THE PRAYERS AND BLESSINGS ......"
Remo D'Souza underwent angioplasty at Mumbai's Kokilaben hospital after suffering a heart attack. "On Friday morning Remo was admitted at the Kokilaben Hospital following some heart issue. There were some blockages due to which an Angioplasty was performed by the doctors. Now he is doing fine according to the doctors. We are here, he is my family friend and we assure that please do not worry, everything is under control," D'Souza's close friend Mahesh Kukreja had told IANS. He also directed films like 'Race 3', 'A Flying Jatt' and 'ABCD 2'. The 46-year-old bagged the award for 'Best Choreography' for the song 'Deewani Mastani' at 63rd National Film Awards. Remo has also judged popular dance reality shows like 'Dance India Dance', 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and 'Dance Plus'.
