Mumbai: There’s a reason why Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are one of the most loved couples in tinsel town. The two lovebirds have always managed to win hearts with their sizzling chemistry and cute PDA on social media. Deepika wished her ‘most favorite person, Ranveer on his birthday with a special post on social media. DeepVeer, as fondly called by fans, danced on Yashraj Mukhate’s rap version of ‘Twada Kutta Tommy’.

Deepika and Ranveer stole all the limelight with their goofy dance moves in the adorable video. The clip, which is going viral on the internet, will definitely make you say ‘how cute’.

On the professional front, Deepika and Ranveer will be seen together in Kabir Khan’s ‘83’. The sports drama is based on India’s 1983 Cricket World Cup victory. The movie was slated to hit the silver screens in June 2021; however, it got delayed due to the COVID-19 crisis. 

Ranveer is essaying the role of former Indian cricket team captain Kapil Dev while Deepika is playing his on-screen wife in ‘83’.  The makers are yet to announce the new release date of the much-awaited flick.

Deepika and Ranveer have worked in films like 'Ramleela', 'Bajirao Mastani' and 'Padmaavat'. The three films, which were directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, turned out to be box office hits. The couple got married in November 2018 after dating each other for over five years.

Ranveer To Romance Alia

On the occasion of his 36th birthday, Ranveer announced his new film titled ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. He will be seen sharing screen-space with Alia Bhatt for the second time after ‘Gully Boy’. The upcoming also features veteran actors like Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. It will be directed by Karan Johar, who helmed Alia’s debut film ‘Student Of The Year’.
