WATCH: Ranveer Singh Climbs On His Car To Greet Fans, Asks Them To Wash Hands To Keep COVID-19 At Bay

Ranveer Singh shared an important message to his fans and requested them to maintain proper hygiene to safeguard themselves from Coronavirus.

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has managed to impress the audience with his power-packed performances in films like 'Padmaavat', 'Gully Boy' and 'Lootera'. The 'Simma' star, who enjoys a significant fan following, is known for being a livewire. The 35-year-old actor recently grabbed eyeballs when he climbed on the top of his car to greet his fans in Mumbai. A video featuring Ranveer is going viral on social media wherein the actor can be seen addressing his fans and asking them to wash their hands to keep COVID-19 at bay. While the fans captured the moment on their cell phones, Ranveer was busy blowing kisses and asking them to maintain hygiene amid the Coronavirus crisis. On the professional front, Ranveer Singh will be next seen in Kabir Khan's '83'. The sports drama was slated to hit the silver screens on April 10, 2020; however, the makers decided to postpone the release date due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was even speculated that the much-awaited film will release during Christmas 2020. A source from the production house, while talking to Bangalore Mirror, has confirmed that '83' will now release next year. The flick, which is based on India's 1983 Cricket World Cup victory, also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani and Saqib Salim. Interestingly, Ranveer is playing the role of former Indian Cricket team captain Kapil Dev while Deepika Padukone will be seen as his on-screen wife.
