Ranbir Kapoor Recovers From COVID-19, Uncle Randhir Kapoor Shares Health Update

Ranbir Kapoor's mother Neetu Singh had shared a post to inform the fans that he was diagnosed with COVID-19.

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor, who tested positive for COVID-19, has recovered from the virus. The ‘Sanju’ actor’s uncle Randhir Kapoor, while talking to PTI, confirmed that his nephew has tested negative for Coronavirus. Randhir told the news agency that he recently met the ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ actor, adding that he was unware when he tested negative for the virus.

“Ranbir is absolutely fine now. He is alright. I have met him,” the veteran actor told the news agency. Randhir provided his nephew’s health update, a day after some Riddhima Kapoor Sahni posted a picture from late Rishi Kapoor’s prayer meet. Fans, who didn’t see the throwback picture, believed that two siblings have reunited. This led to speculations about Ranbir’s health.

Neetu Singh had shared a post on Instagram to inform the fans that Ranbir had tested positive for COVID-19. She revealed that her son went into self-quarantine after testing positive for the virus. She thanked the fans for their good wishes.

“Thank you for your concern and your good wishes. Ranbir has tested positive for Covid-19. He is on medication and recovering well. He is in self-quarantine at home and following all precautions,” Neetu's post read.
