Mumbai: Global icon Priyanka Chopra penned a heartfelt post for her husband Nick Jonas, who turned a year older on Thursday (September 16). The ‘Quantico’ star took to social media to share a glimpse from Nick’s 29th birthday celebrations. She treated her Instagram followers with an adorable picture from the fun-filled celebrations.

The ‘Bajirao Mastani’ actress posted a photo wherein her hubby can be seen kissing her cheeks. The romantic snap will definitely melt your hearts. The former Miss World donned a yellow outfit for the celebrations where Nick opted for a grey t-shirt and denims. 

Priyanka called Nick the 'kindest and most compassionate person' she knows.  “Love of my life. Here’s wishing the kindest most compassionate loving person I know a very happy birthday. I love you baby. Thank you for being you,” the caption for the post read.  

Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages and wishes. Producer Sristhi Arya, who is a close friend of Priyanka, also wished the birthday boy. She wrote, "Happy Birthda Jiju."

Priyanka and Nick tied the knot on December 1 and 2, 2018 at Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhawan Palace. The two lovebirds got hitched according to Hindu and Christian rituals in the presence of their loved ones.

On the professional front, PeeCee will be next seen in 'The Matrix Resurrections'. The much-awaited film starring  Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Jada Pinkett Smith will hit the silver screens on December 22, 2021. The trailer of the science fiction action film has received an amazing response from the audience.

Priyanka also has 'Citadel', 'Text For You' and Mindy Kaling's next project in her kitty. She will make her return to Bollywood with Farhan Akhtar's 'Jee Lee Jaara'. The upcoming movie will also star Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt in lead roles.
