Moviegoers Demand Refund After Watching Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' In London Theatre - Know Why

London moviegoers were shocked when the second half of 'Jawan', starring Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, was shown before the first.

New Delhi: There's a viral video going around with a few moviegoers complaining about their experience at Shah Rukh Khan's new film ‘Jawan’. A group of SRK fans just went through something that was very surprising. In one of the London theatres, they saw the second half of the actioner before the intermission. A makeup artist Sahar Rashid uploaded a video showing the disastrous results of seeing the movie's second half before the first.

Instagram user Sahar Rashid recorded the event. You can hear her comment that the film was over in an hour and ten minutes. People wondered why there would be an intermission after the film had already concluded. The audience members, she reveals later, rushed to the theatre's management to request refunds after realising the venue had made a mistake.

In the video, frustrated fans were also seen leaving the theatre and demanding their money back.

Tagging the cinema, she wrote, "@vue you should not only refund one ticket but entire years tickets for spoiling my dream actor’s movie @iamsrk only if you could see what happened with your fans."

The video was shared on September 9 and since then it received a lot of fun and angry feedback from viewers. One user wrote, "Even if you got refund, they still ruined SRK’s movie for you."

Atlee's ‘Jawan’ has a stellar cast that also includes SRK, Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in pivotal parts. After just five days, the film has already made over Rs 300 crore in India and slightly under Rs 600 crore globally.
