The actor and his mother Yogita Bali is accused of rape and causing abortion in 2015, in the pretext of marriage by a Bhojpuri actress recently. Meanwhile there was a buzz that Mithun's son's wedding which was scheduled on July 7, with Madalsa Sharma got cancelled after police reached the venue. Leading daily, BT reports that the couple registered their marriage as scheduled and will get hitched traditionally today. A source close to the groom told the daily, “The couple and their families had a small celebration on July 7, after Mimoh secured bail. In fact, Mimoh and Madalsa’s marriage was registered on the same day, and a traditional wedding will take place today. A sangeet ceremony took place yesterday (Monday). They stated that their client is under emotional as well physical torture. The victim had filed a complaint against Mimoh for raping her and causing abortion in 2015, in the pretext of marriage. The accused actor's mother was also alleged of threatening her to leave Mumbai and go to Delhi or face the repercussions. Mimoh and his mother Yogita Bali Last Thursday, the Bombay High Court had refused to grant any interim relief from arrest to Yogita Bali and Mahaakshay. After the duo moved the Delhi court, Special Judge Ashutosh Kumar granted the relief to Bali and Mahaakshay yesterday, saying they have deep roots in society and are not likely to abscond.
