Mumbai: Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit, known for her power-packed performances and dancing skills, turned a year older on Saturday (May 15). Her husband Dr. Shriram Nene took to social media to share a heartfelt post for the ‘Devdas’ actress. He posted a throwback photo with his wife along with the cute note on her 54th birthday.

“Happy Birthday to my soul mate, @madhuridixitnene Life has been an amazing journey for us together and I look forward to the road ahead. Much Love and many happy returns of the day!,” Nene wrote. 

Madhuri and Shriram can be seen flashing their smiles while striking a pose for the camera. Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages and wishes.  

Madhuri Dixit tied the knot with Shriram Madhav Nene on October 17, 1999 in Southern California. The couple is proud parents to Arin and Ryan. 

Madhuri and Shriram recently conducted an interactive session to answer COVID-related questions. They encouraged their followers to get vaccinated to keep the virus at bay. 

Several tinsel town celebs wished the ‘Dil To Pagal Hain’ actress on different social media platforms. Anil Kapoor, who has worked with Dixit in many hit films like 'Ram Lakhan', 'Tezaab', said that he is looking forward to ‘being on set' with her again.

On the professional front, Madhuri Dixit will make her digital debut with ‘Finding Anamika’. The web series will beam on Netflix.  

Bollywood’s Dhak Dhak’ girl is currently seen as a judge in Colors channel’s ‘Dance Deewane 3’. Nora Fatehi replaced her as a special judge as Madhuri was missing from the show for two weeks.
