New Delhi: Bollywood stars Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have tied the knot in an intimate ceremony on Thursday (December 9) at Rajasthan's Six Senses Fort Barwara. The couple took nuptial vows in the presence of family members and close friends. 

 Katrina, who was recently seen in ‘Sooryavanshi’, donned a red bridal lehenga for her special day. B-town's favorite designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee designed Kaif and Kaushal’s wedding outfits, giving them the perfect look for the ceremony. 

The ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ actress wore a red lehenga, which featured fine tilla work and embroidery. As a homage to Vicky Kaushal’s Punjabi roots, Katrina’s veil was custom-trimmed with handmade kiran in hand-beaten silver, which was electroplated in gold. 

“The bride Katrina Kaif @katrinakaif wears a classic Sabyasachi red bridal lehenga in handwoven matka silk with fine tilla work and meticulously embroidered revival zardozi borders in velvet. In homage to the groom’s Punjabi roots, her veil is custom-trimmed with handmade kiran in hand-beaten silver electroplated in gold,” the description on Sabyasachi Official’s Instagram page read.

Katrina and Vicky also posted photos from their wedding on their respective Instagram handles along with the caption, "Only love and gratitude in our hearts for everything that brought us to this moment. Seeking all your love and blessings as we begin this new journey together."

The newly married couple managed to keep their relationship under wraps for over two years. Their wedding became the talk of the town as they nver confirmed dating each other. Katrina and Vicky, who enjoy a significant fan following among different age groups, will soon shift to their new apartment in Mumbai.
