WATCH: Katrina Kaif plays cricket on ‘Bharat’ sets, asks Anushka to put in a word with Virat Kohli

New Delhi: ‘All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy’, isn’t it? Although, the cast and crew of ‘Bharat’ are busy shooting for the final schedule of the film, they are also indulging in some action on field. Salman Khan, the lead actor of the Ali Abbas Zafar directorial, recently shared a video on social media in which he was seen playing cricket on the sets. Now, the film’s leading lady Katrina Kaif has posted a video on Instagram in which she can be seen showcasing her batting skills. The ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ actress also asked her good friend Anushka Sharma to put in a word with the caption of the Indian cricket team Virat Kohli. ‘’Pack up ke baad #bharat sets as the World Cup nears @anushkasharma perhaps u could put in a small word for me with the captain of the team some room for improvement in my swing, but over all not a bad all rounder #apnatimeaayega," the caption for the video read. Katrina can be seen hitting some big shots in the video while the song ‘Apna Time Aayega’ from Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Gully Boy’ plays in the background. The video has received over 13 lakh views within three hours and many Bollywood celebs including Alia Bhatt, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Zoya Akhtar have commented on it. Preity Zinta, who owns the IPL team Kings XI Punjab, also commented on the post. ‘’ “Wow babe, we should hire you,” Zinta wrote.
