New Delhi: The motion poster for an upcoming horror comedy featuring the well-known duo Shreyas Talpade and Tusshar Kapoor from the 'Golmaal' series has been revealed, unveiling the title as 'Kapkapiii'.

Directed by Sangeeth Sivan, recognized for his work on comedic films such as "Kya Kool Hain Hum" and "Apna Sapna Money Money," "Kapkapiii" promises to blend laughter with a touch of spine-tingling chills, as suggested by its title. Produced by Jayesh Patel under the Bravo Entertainment banner, and scripted by Saurabh Anand and Kumar Priyadarshi, the film is anticipated to hit theaters soon.

Shreyas Talpade shares insights on what audiences can anticipate from this horror comedy, stating, "In today's landscape where most films tend towards thrillers, darkness, or patriotism, audiences can look forward to a genuine horror comedy. While there will be chuckles, there are also sequences that will have you falling off your chair laughing, alongside moments that will genuinely send shivers down your spine."

Reflecting on reuniting with Tusshar and Sangeeth, he expresses, "Reconnecting with Tusshar and Sangeethji is a joy because the rapport and comfort we share are exceptional. It feels like working with two brothers. Additionally, there's a noticeable maturity in our performances that comes with years of experience. It seems to have evolved with both Tusshar and me. Sangeethji possesses the skill to understand our strengths and make the most of them."

Tusshar Kapoor divulges what drew him to the role, stating, "I was truly captivated by the script. And of course, the team dynamic was fantastic, especially with Sangeeth sir, whom I've previously collaborated with on 'Kya Kool Hai Hum'. My character lies at the intersection of comedy and horror, but it's distinctly different from my previous portrayals."

Adding another layer to the conversation, Tusshar shares, "The film is filled with surprises at every turn, much like my character – brimming with twists and turns. Working with Sangeeth sir and Shreyas has further enhanced my reputation as a comedic actor due to the camaraderie we share."

The film also features a stellar ensemble cast, including Sonia Rathee, Siddhi Idnani, Jay Thakkar, Varun Pandey, Dherendra Tiwari, Dinkar Sharma, and Abhishek Kumar.
