Kangana Ranaut Receives Rape Threats From Odisha Lawyer; Latter Says ‘My Account Got Hacked’

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is currently enjoying family time as two of her brothers are getting married within a span of three weeks. She recently completed her shooting for ‘Thalaivi’ and have also started preparing for her upcoming movies ‘Tejas’ and ‘Dhakaad’ where she portrays the role of a Fauji and a spy respectively. A FIR has recently been filed against the ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ actress and her sister Rangoli Chandel for supposedly spreading ‘communal hatred’ through their tweets and interviews. Kangana who was celebrating Navratri took to her social media, shared some happy pictures and wrote, “Who all are fasting on Navratris? Pictures clicked from today’s celebrations as I am also fasting, meanwhile another FIR filed against me, Pappu sena in Maharashtra seems to be obsessing over me, don’t miss me so much I will be there soon #Navratri”. The ’Thaliavi’ actress received rape threats from an advocate named as Mehendi Reza. The user from Odisha commented, “Should b raped in mid town.” Though the ‘Queen’ actress has not yet reacted to this threat, the advocate, however, took to his social media and apologised saying that his account had been hacked. The lawyer wrote, “Today my Facebook ID got hacked at evening and some derogatory comments get posted. This is my not views regarding any women or any community. I am also very shocked and apologise for it. I request to all the people of kindly accept my apology and forgive me whose sentiments got hurt. I am really sorry for it.” He deleted his account soon after this. On the professional front, Kangana will be next seen in 'Thalaivi'. She recently wrapped up the shoot of this much-awaited film. The National Award-winning actress will be seen as former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa in the flick. She also has 'Dhaakad' and 'Tejas' in her kitty. Stay tuned for more updates!
