Watch: ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Naa' Cast Imran Khan, Genelia & Others Sing Together As The Film Clocks 16 Years

In a recent video, the whole cast of the 2008 film 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na' sang the film's theme song.

New Delhi: Aamir Khan Productions' 2008 Bollywood hit ‘Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na’ is celebrating its 16th anniversary today. Thanks to its enduring appeal and touching depiction of friendship and love, this film has become a cult classic. Fans will always cherish the tale of Jai and Aditi, two closest friends who are seemingly made for one other but who stubbornly refuse to be romantically involved. In a recent video, the whole cast of the film can be seen singing the film's theme song.

The original cast of ‘Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na’ got together to perform the film's famous theme song in celebration of the film's 16th anniversary. A charming video of the ensemble singing together was published on social media by Aamir Khan Productions. The caption reads: "16 years and we are still singing this song for everyone we love."

Imran's cousin Zayn Khan commented, "Awwwwwww so cuuuuttteeee" with a bunch of red hearts. A fan asked, "What's stopping you guys from re-releasing the film?" while another one wrote, "It will be BEAUTIFUL to see it again on the big screen!!!"

One user thanked the makers for briging them together for a video and wrote, "Respect button for AAMIR KHAN."

Abbas Tyrewala directed the film. Ajay K. Bijli and Sanjeev K. Bijli of PVR Pictures were co-producers, while Mansoor Khan and Aamir Khan of Aamir Khan Productions were the producers. 

Not only is the plot of the film famous, but so are its many hit singles. ‘Kabhi Kabhi Aditi’ , ‘Pappu Can't Dance Saala’, ‘Tu Bole, Main Boloon’, ‘Nazrein Milana Nazrein Churana’, and ‘Kahin To’ are just a few of the much-loved and famous songs included in it.
