"I am safe" -Deepika Padukone after her building Beau Monde caught in massive fire in Mumbai!

A massive fire broke out on the 32nd and 33rd floor of a skyscraper Beau Monde buiding, located in Worli's Prabhadevi area in Mumbai this afternoon which is also the residence for Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone who stays at floor 26th while her office is on 30th floor. While about 90 people were rescued by the firefighters, everyone wondered where the actress was the time of this unfortunate incident.

While it was reported that Deepika was on the shoot when fire broke out at Beau Monde, now the actress herself has shared with fans that she indeed is safe in her message she posted on Twitter just a while ago. Deepika's full tweet read - "I am safe.Thank You everyone.Let us pray for our firefighters who are at site risking their lives..."

Police personnel, at least 10 fire tenders, 5 jumbo tankers, 2 hydraulic platforms & ambulances present at Beau Monde Towers in Worli's Prabhadevi locality where a level-III fire broke out at floor 32 and 33rd. The fire, which was earlier characterised as a 'Level-II' one, now falls in 'level-III' category.

Six fire engines, five jumbo tankers, a hydraulics platform and ambulance reached the spot Beau Monde complex soon after the fire engulfed both the floors.
