Here's how much Nick Jonas' 'saali' Parineeti Chopra demanded jiju for joota churayi!

The reports over Parineeti Chopra planning to demand a whopping 5 million $ (about 37 crore Rupees in Indian currency) for the 'joota chhupayi' ritual from her brother-in-law Nick Jonas at his wedding with her sister Priyanka Chopra made headlines last month. Now that the marriage is finally over, aren't you keen to know what actually happened during one of this most interesting Indian traditions at Nickyanka's wedding? We know that Parineeti completely dotes on her jija ji as she opened up talking about her first meet with the famous American singer, saying.. "I couldn't be like, 'Hi I'm you fan". Talking about the marriage preparations 3 weeks ago, the excited Parineeti had even said that "I'll be the first person at the gate dancing".  Parineeti who was one of her mimi didi's bridesmaids and played the host at Nickyanka's Sangeet ceremony too, could not however demand what she planned, from her Nick jiju for the 'juta churayi'. According to a report in DNA, she did manage to hide Nick's shoes(joota) as per the ceremony but she only asked for Rs 5 lakh in return from the dulha which is no where near 5 million dollars! Obviously earlier she joked while quoting the amount and we really hope that her demand of 5 lakh was finally met with!
