Dharmendra Shares Unseen PIC With Jaya Bachchan Ahead Of Reuniting In ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’
Ahead of reuniting with his ‘Guddi’ co-star in ‘RARKPK’, Dharmendra shared a throwback unseen picture with Jaya Bachchan from the time when the latter was a big fan of his.
Mumbai: Bollywood actors Dharmendra and Jaya Bachchan have shared the screen together in movies like ‘Guddi’ and ‘Sholay’ is all set to reunite in Karan Johar’s next directorial – ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. Other than Dharmendra and Jaya, the movie will also star Shabana Azmi in a pivotal role with Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt playing the lead roles.
Ahead of reuniting with his ‘Guddi’ co-star in ‘RARKPK’, Dharmendra shared a throwback unseen picture with Jaya Bachchan from the time when the latter was a big fan of his.
Dharmendra tweeted while sharing, “Barson baadh..... Apni Guddi ke saath..... Guddi..... jo kabhi badi fan theyn meri.... A happy news”.
This picture shared by the ‘Chupke Chupke’ actor seems to be from the sets of ‘Guddi’ in which they starred together. This monochrome picture sure does bring back all the memories from the movie. Fans are excited to watch the duo spill their magic on-screen again.
On a related note, ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ will mark Karan Johar’s comeback movie after a long break of 5 years. He last directed ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor back in 2016. He then directed segments for OTT platforms for anthological movies like ‘Lust Stories’ and ‘Ghost Stories’.
‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ is slated to hit the screens next year and the pre-production work for this movie has already commenced. Karan Johar promises to take the audience on a journey of redefining usual love stories in this upcoming drama.
