Deepika Padukone, Prabhas Starrer 'Project K' To Become First Indian Film To Debut At San Diego Comic-Con
The team of 'Project K' will reveal the film's title, trailer and release date at Comic-Con.
New Delhi: Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Prabhas starrer 'Project K' will debut at San Diego Comic-Con(SDCCC) this month. The Nag Ashwin directorial also stars Disha Patani and Kamal Haasan. Deepika Padukone shared an announcement on her official Instagram handle stating, "Proud to be a part of the first ever Indian Movie to go to Comic-Con.See you there!" Deepika also shared a poster of the film.

Amitabh Bachchan also re-shared the post by the makers of the film Vyjayanthi Movies and wrote, "A proud moment for me... I never realised how important and BIG this is... Now I know... my wishes to Vyjayanthi Movies, Nag Sir and the entire unit for the affection they have given me, and to make me a part of this incredible experience (folded hands emoji)."
At the San Diego Comic-Con, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Nag Ashwin will be present. Kamal Haasan joined the project only a month. Prabhas had shared this update on social media with a heartfelt note that said, "A moment that will be etched in my heart forever. Honored beyond words to collaborate with the legendary Kamal Haasan sir in Project K. The opportunity to learn and grow alongside such a titan of cinema is a dream come true moment."
The team of 'Project K' will reveal the film's title, trailer and release date at Comic-Con. Project K is a sci-fiction film which will be released in multiple languages. SDCC will take place from July 20-23.
As per Variety, the film will unveil exclusive footage from the film at the event. The production house, Vyjayanthi Movies will offer fans a look at the film as part of an opening night party on July 19. On July 20, the film's team will also host a panel titled 'This is Project K: First Glimpse of India's Mytho-Sci-fi Epic’.
