Is Rhea Chakraborty Out Of Chehre? Fans Wonder After Makers Share Another Poster Without Actress
Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi have revealed the teaser release date of their upcoming film 'Chehre'. The two celebs didn't tag Rhea Chakraborty while sharing the posts on social media.
Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan shared a new poster of ‘Chehre’ and announced the teaser release date of his upcoming date. The teaser of the highly anticipated flick will be unveiled on March 11, 2021. The new poster featured Big B, Emraan Hashmi, Krystle D’Souza and Anu Kapoor, who will be seen in pivotal roles in the flick. The ‘Deewar’ actor can be seen looking at Emraan Hashmi, who is driving a car.
Senior Bachchan shared the new poster along with the caption, “Chand Chehre, hazaaron raaz. Har chehra kuch kehta hai aur bohot kuch chupata hai. Uncover their real #Chehre in cinemas on 30th April 2021.”
Rhea Dropped From Chehre?
Fans were quick enough to notice that Rhea Chakraborty was missing once again in the promotional poster. For the uninitiated, the makers had released a poster last month, which featured all the main characters except Rhea. Even Amitabh and Emraan didn’t tag the ‘Jalebi’ actress while sharing the poster on different social media platforms.
Many netizens flooded the comments section of Big B and Emraan Hashmi after the new poster was released. Rhea’s absence from the poster have led to speculations that the makers have dropped her from the film. The makers are yet to confirm the rumours floating on the internet. We have to wait till March 11 to catch a glimpse of the film’s teaser and see if Rhea is part of the movie or not.
Rhea Chakraborty had signed ‘Chehre’ in 2019, a year before she was embroiled in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. She had even shared her first look from the sets of the film on social media. The Narcotics Control Bureau had arrested the actress in connection with a case linked to Sushant’s death. The Bombay High Court granted bail to Rhea in October 2020 on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh.
‘Chehre’, which has been directed by Rumi Jaffery, will hit the silver screens on April 30, 2021. The film was originally slated to release in July 2020; however, it got delayed due to the COVID-19 crisis. The movie will also feature Siddhanth Kapoor, Dhritiman Chatterjee and Raghubir Yadav in key roles.
