Behen Hogi Teri: Rajkummar Rao did 18 retakes for a kissing scene

NEW DELHI: National Award winning actor Rajkummar Rao is currently busy promoting his upcoming comedy film, 'Behen Hogi Teri'. This will be the first time Rajkummar would explore comedy genre. He will be seen romancing Shruti Hassan in the movie. But do you know, Rajkummar whose acting skills has won him appreciation from critics had to do 18 retakes for a scene in the movie? Well, that's true! In one of the scenes the 'Shahid' actor had to give mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to the veteran actress Kamlesh Gill but he couldn't control his laughter. According to a report in Mid-day, Rajkummar kept cracking up and finally managed to shoot the scene after 18 retakes. Once, to the much shock of the actress, he accidentally kissed her and the whole crew was left in splits.                                                  PC: You Tube screenshot The film's story revolves around a man who falls in love with his childhood friend and neighbour, but the twist is that the girl treats him nothing more than a neighbour or a brother.

Recently, the director Ajay Pannalal and producer Tony D'Souza were arrested by the Jalandhar Police for hurting religious sentiments of the Hindu community. In one of the posters of the movie, the lead actor is seen donning Lord Shiva's avatar with a modern twist. 'Behen Hogi Teri' is slated to hit the theaters on June 9.
